Do you need pre-drilled holes for mounting the tags, two sided tape or both? Just put a check mark by it. If neither is necessary, leave it blank. Next, fill in the blanks for the desired surface color, letter color & size of the tag. On the lower section of the form is where a request for the quantity of each tag, and the text on each tag needs to be written. If it is handwritten please make sure it is legible, and that all things like "I", "T" & "1" are distinguishable. When that is completed either fax it to: 352-503-4729 or scan and e-mail it to support@flamingoplastics.com.

We ship using UPS Ground on most orders. In-state, with the exception of The Keys, most orders arrive next day, later afternoon. Out-of-State delivery is normally 2-3 days.

We do offer delivery via US Postal System at a lower cost for those orders that do not require a rush. Also, overnight A.M. shipping for those orders that do.

Guarantee Policy

It is the intention of Flamingo Plastics to guarantee 100% satisfaction on all signs, labels, and name tag orders. All orders are double checked before shipping for quality and accuracy. If an error occurs, the label, sign, or tag will be replaced immediately at no cost to the customer. Flamingo Plastic accepts no other responsibility, except to replace the item in question. We are not responsible for misspelled words, or illegible writing by the customer. If we cannot read the order or have any doubt as to the spelling you will be contacted and all attempts made to clarify the order before processing. However, no changes will be made without verbal or written approval by the customer. Logo changes for existing and new customers will require written approval after viewing the proof, either by e-mail or US mail. After written approval the order will be processed and the customer will be held responsible for payment. Samples are available by request only. ALL ORDERS must be placed in writing via the US mail, fax, or by online procedures.
